Image Map Editor . . . Know of a Good One?

Does anybody know a complete-featured image map editor for PCs?

    Call me old fashioned but I still do mine the hard way with Paint shop
    Pro and coding.

    Here are some good Image Map Programs. Search Winfiles.com or other software
    sites for them.

    The one I use is CoffeeCup ImagerMapper++, the best I’ve seen so far.

    It’s shareware with a 15 day use limit. But there is a way around it.
    Using regedit to continue the free use.
